Our Manifesto

UltraVale is redefining what it means to work, rejecting the outdated norms that prioritize profit over people. We don't believe in burnout disguised as hustling or in the myth that working harder always means working better. Instead, we are building a company that values efficiency, sustainability, and respect for personal time.

Our team operates on a 32-hour workweek, ensuring that every hour spent working is focused, intentional, and impactful — because true productivity comes from quality, not quantity. We provide a minimum of four weeks of vacation per year, understanding that time off isn't a luxury but a necessity for long-term success. And we are proudly fully remote, allowing our team to work where they are happiest and most effective, without forcing outdated office culture.

Individuals are valued by their contributions and willingness to learn, rejecting the idea that years of experience supersede the value of fresh perspectives. We don't believe in "work families" — we're all here to do good work, get a paycheck, and go home.

We reject the idea that AI can replace people. AI is a tool like any other, used by our team members at their own discretion to enhance their personal workflow. Furthermore, we reject the idea of outsourcing our work to third parties — foreign or domestic — so that we can ensure our products and services are the highest quality.
